Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets approximately 170 g each (6 ounces)
- 2 shallots or 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons or more Confinoix
Directions : quick and easy!
- Preheat oven to 425o F (220o C)
- Oil a baking dish (for example, a square Pyrex dish).
- Place fillets in the dish leaving a bit of space between them.
- Brush the fillets with soy sauce.
- Press minced shallots or garlic onto the fillets.
- Spread the Confinoix over the fillets.
- Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes or more depending on the size of the fillets.
Serving suggestion: Serve on rice accompanied by green vegetables.
